Love it here!
Moving to a new location is tough becuase you never know how it will go. I feel very lucky to have found such a great place ... to live. The staff & maintenance are fantastic. The location is perfect. Lots of stores & restaurants nearby along with the airport. My place is the perfect size and is clean and very nice. I use the gym & pool frequently. Happy after 2 years
We have been at this complex almost 2 years and were previously at a different location in Brier Creek that had cockroaches, ... I'm happy to say there are none here so far!!!! The apartments are relatively new so they are updated and in working order. However, when you do have something that fails, maintenance is here in a timely fashion to fix the problem. The pool is amazing for young kids and has someone to keep the craziness to a minimum when it get busy on a weekend. There are two grills located in a cozy area beside the pool with an eating area and a TV. They are used frequently but I have never had a problem when I need to use one. Even though the apartment complex is off the beaten path, it is worth the cheaper value to drive 0.5 miles to the stores. We are currently saving up to buy a house and will probably stay here another year before we move. Honestly, the only problem that I have encountered in my two years is the gates (Gated complex) not opening and this was only for a few days. I've been in my apartment for 2 months now and I LOVE it here. My apartment is beautiful, the property is well kept, and ... the staff goes over and beyond for the residents (especially Katrena and Amber!!). This apartment complex is the exact opposite of my previous complex (Colonial Grande at Brier Falls). The staff actually cares, maintenance treats you as a priority, I always get parking (late at night too), and it's fairly quiet back here. Clairmont is tucked away in a more secluded side of Brier Creek. Unlike other complexes around the area, there's not a surplus of residents. You'll notice that the property is actually rather small. This is a plus because you don't have to worry about overcrowding, a lot of noise, or lack of parking. The only downfall is that the gate is often in and out of commission. Moved here in July, from New York. Loved it at first sight. Beautiful spacious apartment layouts, plenty of amenities on ... the premises and nearby neighborhood, and well maintained. Truly feels like a home instead of an apartment, but without the extra work or worries. A friendly, courteous, and helpful staff made me feel so welcomed. I moved into the apartments in July and have had nothing less than a great experience. Of all of the apartments I have lived ... in, this is by far my favorite and doesn't compare to any other. You have access to so many amenities and the office staff is GREAT! They are a big part of the reason that I decided to make Clairmont at Brier Creek my new home. The maintenance helped me with preparing my apartment for move in (hanging curtain rods, installing a hotel lock on the entrance door, etc.). Not to mention the apartments are brand new and very efficient layouts which was another important aspect when choosing an apartment. Needless to say, I love it here! The clubhouse is loaded with features, my favorite is the movie theater. I've only been here a few months, and they already had two parties, with prizes and free dinner.now they have two months free rent.how can you beat that?
